About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Management: Maintain a high standard of stock presentation, ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and well-organized.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in the creation of visually appealing displays and window displays, promoting our products and services.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
