The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Safety Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Community Safety Partnership, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to prevent violence and abuse, particularly against women and girls. Your expertise will help us create safer and more confident neighbourhoods, making Westminster a better place for everyone.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering community safety projects, working closely with partners to achieve our goals
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Providing performance reporting to funders and stakeholders, ensuring targets and goals are met
  • Contributing to the development of our partnership response to ending domestic abuse and violence against women and girls
About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in community safety, project management, or policy development. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Your passion for creating safer and more inclusive communities will be evident in your work, and you will be committed to championing the value of a diverse and inclusive workforce and community.
