About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TN Recruits. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise leads and create and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Attend business prospecting meetings and manage these effectively
  • Be the lead point of contact for new business negotiations
  • Prepare and check reports, and present solutions to prospects
  • Complete the full sales process to secure new clients
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with outstanding communication and negotiation skills. You will be enthusiastic, committed, and have a keen desire to enhance your skillset and knowledge.

  • Circa £40,000 basic + open-ended OTE circa £80,000
