Repair Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repair Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of repair and maintenance staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to carry out their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement repair and maintenance strategies that meet the needs of our properties and our residents.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure that repair and maintenance work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including facilities management, property services, and maintenance, to ensure that repair and maintenance work is coordinated and prioritized effectively.
  • Ensure that all repair and maintenance work is carried out to a high standard, meeting the necessary health and safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
