Sales Support Administrator

Location: Wymbush, Milton Keynes

Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 based on experience, with additional bonuses.

About the Role:

We are seeking applications from individuals outside the recruitment sector who possess experience in administrative functions and processes. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional customer service and communication abilities, demonstrating confidence in engaging with clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timesheet uploads via portals and email.
  • Facilitate the addition of healthcare professionals to compliance portals.
  • Submit candidates for job opportunities on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain and update the extensions spreadsheet using Excel.
  • Oversee agency and trust compliance checklists.
  • Address payment inquiries related to portals for healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate accommodation arrangements for healthcare professionals, both internally and externally.

Attention to detail and the ability to navigate web-based systems are crucial for success in this role.
