Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at People Squad. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual brand strategies that drive business growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality visual content, including graphics, illustrations, and infographics, to support our brand's messaging and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual brand strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our visual brand.
- Work closely with our creative team to develop and implement visual brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of work that showcases your skills and experience as a graphic designer.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work that showcases your skills and experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
