Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at People Squad. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual brand strategies that drive business growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality visual content, including graphics, illustrations, and infographics, to support our brand's messaging and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual brand strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our visual brand.
- Work closely with our creative team to develop and implement design concepts that meet our brand's visual identity guidelines.
- Manage and maintain our visual brand assets, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
Requirements:
- Portfolio of completed design projects that demonstrate your skills and experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Experience with design tools such as KeyShot, Canva, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in visual brand marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
