As a key member of our Customer Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user onboarding and training experiences, streamlining automated functions, and managing product support.

Your primary responsibilities will include improving user onboarding and training experiences, overseeing product support via Zendesk and the Gravity Sketch Help Center, and collaborating with various teams to ensure strategies are aligned with customer needs. You will also be responsible for understanding and analyzing user workflows to inform product enhancements and contributing innovative ideas to advance the Customer Operations Team's success.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a Product Support or Implementation role, experience using Gravity Sketch, and a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. You will also need to be self-driven, have a passion for VR, design, and understanding how different products are made, and be able to work under limited supervision.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a Product Support or Implementation role
