About the Role:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our fleet of drivers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing and coordinating a team of drivers
  • Updating driver schedules and working patterns
  • Handling shift allocations, absence requests, and overtime management
  • Addressing driver concerns and complaints
