JP Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Traffic Clerk to join their team in Corby. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all traffic operations are undertaken in line with company procedures.
The shift pattern will be Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 0600-1500 and 1400-2200. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting on-road traffic management through communication and guidance
- Completing administrative tasks in line with company requirements
- Dealing with customer and driver enquiries in a polite and effective manner
- Ensuring service level targets and KPIs are achieved by maximising fleet utilisation
- IT literacy, with a high competence in Excel
- Escalating service complaints to ensure effective resolution for the customer and protecting the company image and brand
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a transport office environment
