Compensation: £25,138-£29,605 per annum

Are you dedicated to the art of cooking and ready to enhance a vibrant kitchen atmosphere? We are looking for a committed culinary expert to oversee and execute daily food preparation while assisting our Kitchen Management Team. In this capacity, you will ensure adherence to procurement, inventory management, and health & safety protocols, all while upholding exceptional standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable practices.

Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with senior chefs to create high-quality, consistent dishes and participating in the crafting of seasonal menus. You will take charge of meal service during the absence of senior chefs and guarantee that the team follows established schedules and standards. Additionally, your role will encompass mentoring and training junior staff, advocating for standard recipes, and managing stock levels effectively.

You will be responsible for processing orders, overseeing inventory, and addressing delivery discrepancies, all while safeguarding kitchen supplies and minimizing waste. Maintaining the utmost standards of food hygiene and health & safety is crucial, and you will ensure that all dishes comply with these standards prior to service.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in reputable establishments, a passion for quality cuisine, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to advancing our culinary offerings.
