About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Room Manager to join our Tops Day Nurseries team. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for our children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of childcare workers and educators to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities that support the developmental needs of our children.
  • Organize daily routines that balance learning, play, and rest.
  • Ensure individual learning plans are developed to meet the needs of each child.
  • Maintain a well-organized and stimulating environment that encourages children's curiosity and development.

Requirements

  • Early Years qualification (Level 3 or higher) in childcare.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in an early years setting.
  • Good communication skills, both with children and adults.
