About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee at Schuh Guildford. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in retail management, customer service, and team leadership.

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and ready for a challenge. You should be optimistic, energetic, and prepared to work hard. As a role model in store, you should be passionate about retail, customer service, and footwear. You should also be target-driven, have a keen eye for detail, and knowledge of trends.
