Main Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Process and ship parts requirements for service activities in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist Logistics Operative with general goods in, goods out, and stock control, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods vehicles, and move stock around the site in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Transportation Coordination: Liaise with transport companies and couriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Works Order Management: Raise, issue, and complete Works Orders using our company ERP system, adhering to ISO processes and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Undertake checks and inspections on tools, machinery, PPE, and other items as required, ensuring compliance with quality procedures.
  • Communication: Maintain good communication with all departments within the company, providing updates and information as necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and suggest possible solutions, striving to enhance quality and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a logistics or production environment is essential.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
