Customer Service Assistant - Lettings

This is a role for a strong customer service professional with lettings/property management experience. Based in a high-end residency in Bristol, this position offers a real varied range of responsibilities and career progression opportunities.

The role is based in a build-to-rent property with over 250 apartments, built to a high hotel-like spec. Tenants are mainly professionals who look for a professional customer service approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with potential new tenants, conducting viewings, and taking rental enquiries
  • Completing tenancy agreements and vetting processes
  • Ensuring the building is presented to the highest standard
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring the building is compliant
  • Updating CRM systems and advertising portals
  • Using social media to engage with residents about events and activities
  • Liaising with maintenance contractors to resolve tenant issues quickly

This is a full-time role with rota'd hours in advance. Shifts include 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, and 12-8pm, including weekends. Salary is £28,325 plus a 10% performance bonus after probation.
