Employment Type : Full Time (40 hours) & Part Time (weekends only).
Working Hours : Rotational shifts between 6 am and 9 pm, including some weekends.
Compensation: £ 12.00 per hour plus commission
As a leading provider of catering and onboard services within the British Railway sector, we operate over 40 service centres across the UK, employing more than 1000 staff members dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ONBOARD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
Deliver 'at seat trolley service' on TPE trains, ensuring excellent customer care, managing inventory, and processing transactions. Travel on designated trains, assisting passengers, achieving sales objectives independently, and fulfilling contractual obligations. Maintain accurate records of stock and transactions, comply with hygiene and safety regulations, and support management initiatives. Execute Service Centre tasks as assigned, engaging with passengers, providing information, and addressing various needs while offering accurate details on services, ticketing, platforms, and potential disruptions. You can claim up to 50 rover tickets for TPE network rail for family and friends.QUALIFICATIONS FOR ONBOARD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
