We are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As a Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, servicing an existing client base, and working with the paraplanning and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough fact finds and present financial options to clients
  • Work with the paraplanning and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Acquire new clients through referrals and proactive presentations
  • Service an existing client base and conduct annual reviews
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience as a financial planner in an independent setting with CAS status
  • Strong knowledge of a range of pensions, investments, and complex financial products
  • Minimum of Level 4 Diploma Qualified, with Chartered status highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and a driving licence
