Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and bring in new business.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to clients and candidates to discuss their recruitment needs and provide solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to identify new business opportunities and to develop and implement sales strategies.
