Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Booking Office in Children's Services East, where we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support for the CAMHS and Neurodevelopmental Teams.

Main Duties
  • Provide accurate and prompt administrative functions to facilitate the delivery of an efficient and effective appointment booking service.
  • Be part of a cohesive and integrated admin function to the service, providing 'first point of access' administration for all referrals into the Children's Booking Centre.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries and referrals into the service.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the services provided by the Children's services and have a clear understanding of waiting list principles, or have previous knowledge and experience using WPAS for waiting lists and Refer to Treatment pathways (RTT).

The successful candidate will be well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work well as a member of a busy team.
