Salaried GP Opportunity at Dalton Terrace Surgery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salaried GP to join our team at Dalton Terrace Surgery. As an autonomous practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical services to our patients, adhering to the GMS contract and GMC standards for good medical practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver highly effective medical care to our entitled population
- Provide services commensurate with the GMS contract
- Manage long-term conditions effectively
- Process administration in a timely manner, including referrals and repeat prescription requests
- Undertake telephone triage and duty doctor roles on a rotational basis
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Work collaboratively with the team and adhere to best practice
- Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement and quality initiatives
- Accept delegated responsibility for specific areas or the QOF
- Qualified GP with MRCGP and Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent JCPTGP
- Full GMC registration and National Performers List registration
- Appropriate defence indemnity and eligibility to practice in the UK independently
- Experience of working in a primary care environment, continued professional development, and QOF and clinical audit
- Minimum of two years as a salaried GP and experience of medicines management and ICB initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, and ability to work as a team member and autonomously
- Flexibility to work outside of core office hours
- Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check and Occupational Health clearance
- Project lead as required with CQC, ICB, and QOF
