Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Launch Manager to join our team at International Automotive Components Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing support to the Plant through the management and coordination of all launch related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-cost product launches.
  • Coordinate the implementation of running changes and ensure team adherence to IAC Project Management Systems.
  • Manage plant interface in support of program targets and demonstrate an understanding of JIT/Lean Manufacturing Systems, general manufacturing, and application of the PFMEA/DFMEA/FMEA.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance launch efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate launch risks.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on launch progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in launch management and coordination.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
