Complaints Handler Job Description

Michelle Denny Recruitment is seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join their team. As a key member of the complaints department, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to customer complaints through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing complaints thoroughly and liaising with multiple departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolutions.
  • Providing feedback to relevant departments to identify recurring issues or trends in customer complaints and suggest process improvements.
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to customer service and complaint handling.
