Complaints Handler Role

Michele Denny Recruitment is seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join their team. As a key member of the complaints department, you will be responsible for receiving and investigating customer complaints, delivering initial findings, and providing prompt and accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to customer complaints through various channels
  • Analyse complaints thoroughly and liaise with multiple departments
  • Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer complaints, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Identify recurring issues or trends in customer complaints and provide feedback to relevant departments for process improvements
Requirements:
  • Proficient in customer service principles and practices, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to customer service and complaint handling (preferred)
