Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Crew Planning and Development Department at Jet2 and Jet2holidays. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and developing databases to hold statistical information relating to Crew rosters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop databases to hold statistical information relating to Crew rosters.
  • Extract information from the Company's systems for both the planned and worked rosters.
  • Produce seasonal reports, interpreting and analysing data from the previous season using the statistical information to allow for the continuous improvement of Crew rosters.
  • Apply a logical and methodical approach to work, with exceptional attention to detail and advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programmes such as Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Work with large data sets, produce statistical reports, and experience of working in a planning/rostering environment and SQL and Python experience are highly desirable.
