About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our ward nursing team at North Downs Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and effective patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Current NMC registration
  • Ability to deliver high standards of patient care
  • Enthusiastic and empathetic character promoting positive attitude at work
  • Experience with EPR (Electronic Patient Records) system
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Experience of working in a Ward Department
