Your Role

In the capacity of Senior Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the effective delivery of building surveying and project management services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and nurturing new client relationships.
  • Leading and supporting portfolio instructions.
  • Identifying opportunities within Building Consultancy.
  • Contributing to the growth and profitability of the business.
  • Implementing departmental strategies and quality assurance measures.
  • Driving necessary changes to adapt to market demands.
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess MRICS qualification along with substantial experience in commercial surveying. A solid understanding of both professional and project-based building surveying, as well as insights into local and broader property markets, is essential. You should excel in establishing and maintaining business and client relationships, demonstrate clear written communication skills, and have strong computer proficiency. A valid vehicle and willingness to travel within the UK are also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience in conducting building surveys for investment or occupational purposes, evaluating M&E services, assessing energy performance, and providing recommendations for improvements. Familiarity with Planned Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting will be advantageous.
