Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful delivery of building surveying and project management services, ensuring high-quality service for clients. You will develop new client relationships, lead and assist with portfolio instructions, and identify Building Consultancy opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of building surveying and project management services to clients
- Develop new client relationships and lead and assist with portfolio instructions
- Identify Building Consultancy opportunities and contribute to business growth and profitability
- Deliver high-quality service to clients and exceed their expectations
- Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
MRICS qualification and commercial surveying experienceGood understanding of professional and project-based building surveying, including basics of local and broader property marketsAbility to build and maintain business and client relationshipsStrong computer skills and ability to use software applicationsOwn vehicle and willingness to travel within the UKPreferred Experience
Assisting with building surveys for investment or occupational purposes, inspecting and reporting on M&E services, assessing energy performance and suitability, and providing advice on improvements. Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting is also beneficial.
