We are partnering with a reputable charity organisation based in West Yorkshire to recruit a Workforce EDI & Culture Lead on a temporary three-month contract. The day rate is negotiable depending on experience.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have good EDI awareness across the spectrum and ideally have a public sector background. Key responsibilities include:
- Launching a comprehensive staff survey focused on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and organisational culture, facilitated through the Edgecome platform
- Coordinating the launch process, taking a leadership role, and engaging with staff members to encourage participation and provide necessary support
- Collaborating with senior management to review results, analyse data, and field findings to each directorate for further action
- Conducting an in-depth analysis of the Gender Pay Gap Report and working closely with senior leaders to interpret data
- Reviewing the GDP EDI data report, ensuring its thorough completion, and overseeing the launch of the final report across the organisation
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process for 20 interns, including reviewing candidate profiles and assigning them to departments
- Coordinating with culture champions to facilitate a supportive and inclusive environment for interns, promoting their professional growth and integration
The successful candidate will require:
- Good and up-to-date EDI knowledge
- Ability to drive initiatives forward
