At Zenith, we're seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Manager to join our team. As a Programmatic Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of programmatic media campaigns across various channels, including display, video, connected TV, and DOOH.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute programmatic media plans, including media partner briefings and response to briefs.
- Build and own programmatic strategy, taking lead for programmatic media planning and campaign performance optimization.
- Manage client relationships, including relationship management, media planning, operations, team management, finance, and reporting.
- Lead weekly internal and external programmatic/campaign status meetings, covering performance, pacing, key priorities, and any other areas.
- Coordinate campaign requirements, such as assets and tags, to ensure timely campaign setup by the activation team.
- Support the Director in maintaining key team resources and the Essity Programmatic Playbook.
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience within programmatic.
- Extensive media planning and RTB preparation experience is a must-have.
- People management experience – Minimum 1-2 years.
- Previous experience working directly with clients is preferred.
- Highly self-driven, results-oriented, solutions-focused with a positive outlook.
- Proficient in major DSPs (i.e. Google's DV360, Amazon AAP, The Trade Desk) and extensive knowledge of the RTB and wider programmatic landscape.
