Programmatic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Account Manager to join our team at Publicis Media. As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results-driven programmatic campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute media plans that drive business outcomes and deliver on client KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimize results.
- Manage and analyze campaign performance data to inform future campaign strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead and mentor a small team of Programmatic Executives and Senior Executives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Proven experience in programmatic media buying and campaign management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and grow a team of Programmatic Executives and Senior Executives.
