As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for leading our cleaning team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are maintained across our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the cleaning team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure all areas of the venue are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and procedural standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintenance.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
  • Work closely with the facilities management team to identify and implement improvements to cleaning processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a cleaning or facilities management team.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

What We Offer:

  • A guaranteed contract for 24 hours per week, with opportunities to work additional shifts.
  • Weekly paid salary, one week in arrears.
  • Free car parking and subsidised canteen facilities.
