Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our commercial team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies and marketing campaigns to engage our wholesale and retail customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date information on all existing marketing collateral and online platforms.
  • Plan and execute a comprehensive communications plan, managing external and internal communications across our digital and social media channels.
  • Develop and schedule product mailers, taking ownership of the marketing calendar and ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate with the sales, retail, and customer service teams to drive multi-channel retail marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the tracking of marketing collateral inventory, including sample packaging, and ensure organized storage in the office.
  • Prepare and deliver marketing presentations and decks, as well as compile monthly marketing reports and ad-hoc reporting as required.
  • Coordinate and facilitate pop-up and branded activities held by the retail or wholesale teams.
  • Ensure consistent use and maintenance of the brand throughout the business.

Requirements

  • Qualification or experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office.
  • Previous experience and good understanding of marketing platforms, including Mailchimp, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Analytical skills with a commercial approach.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English.

Work Arrangements

32 hours per week, working 4 days a week on a rota basis between 9am and 5pm.
