Your New Role

We are currently seeking 3 part-time Community Support Specialists to assist a young individual with Downs Syndrome. In this role, you will enable the young person to maintain independence and safety in their home environment while providing support with personal care tasks and promoting self-sufficiency in areas such as hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Additionally, you will engage the young person in activities that he enjoys, particularly his passion for music.

Working Schedule: Support hours are available in blocks between 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm, across all days of the week. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to cover for annual leave and unforeseen absences.
