Position:
Customer Sales Advisor

Location:

Compensation:
£23,500 (increasing to £24,000 after 6 months, and £26,500 after 1 year)

On-Target Earnings:
£50,000+

Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week within the following schedule:

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 9am-8pm, with occasional Saturdays from 9am-5pm

ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Engaging with customers via telephone
- Conducting meaningful discussions regarding our exceptional offerings
- Representing our organization and ensuring customers receive the most suitable packages
- Establishing strong relationships with all clients
- Delivering straightforward and honest assistance

ABOUT YOU:
- Background in a contact center or customer service setting
- Experience in inbound/outbound sales or customer retention
- Enthusiastic about sales
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capable of providing optimal solutions
