We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Senior Management team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and providing strategic financial insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership
    • Manage the company's day-to-day financial function, including accounting processes, financial reporting, and budgeting.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Operations
    • Manage the company's financial systems, including accounting software and internal controls.
    • Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports and tax returns.
  • Financial Governance
    • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.

Requirements

  • ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, with a strong understanding of financial management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
