Role Overview

We are looking for a Financial Operations Manager to join our Volkswagen Division. This position is designed to assist the dealership with daily financial reporting and oversight. This full-time, permanent role will report directly to the Franchise Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate management accounts as requested by dealership leadership for each location.
  • Support forecasting initiatives for your designated division.
  • Address inquiries from the dealership leadership team regarding financial and accounting issues.
  • Provide daily guidance to a small team of accounting and administrative professionals.
  • Collaborate with divisional and group-level accounting personnel to ensure a unified approach.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess at least part-qualification or equivalent experience, preferably within an automotive dealership setting, although this is not a strict requirement. In addition to relevant experience, you should exhibit the following skills:
