About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at International Workplace. As a key member of our Senior Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business and ensuring the financial stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's day-to-day financial function, including accounting processes and monthly financial cycle.
  • Prepare financial reports, including internal management reports, analysis of and commentary on budgets, cost analysis, cash flow, profitability, and forecasting.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and company targets.
  • Maintain financial records and processes, utilizing accounting software (Xero), Excel, and internal systems.
  • Manage cash flow, ensuring financial commitments are met and costs are managed.
  • Meet financial obligations and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Oversee accounts of International Workplace's holding company (Workplace DNA Ltd) and a linked property investment company.
  • Provide financial leadership and support for the board of directors, collaborating on strategic and operational planning, management, and control of commercial activities.
Requirements
  • ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Proven experience within a senior finance role, with experience in all aspects of company accounting/finance function.
  • Commercially aware and able to translate finance and accounting into an operational reality.
  • Extensive experience in Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.
  • Experience of Xero accounting software is highly desirable.
