About the Role

Cyberfort Limited is seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Service Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing 24/7/365 support for data centre and service desk functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for data centre and customer equipment
  • Resolve queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Install and support hardware and software as part of a team
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via phone and email
  • Work collaboratively with the Service Support Operations Manager to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Experience of IT infrastructure and customer service
  • Confidence using office software and technical tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen willingness to learn and develop technical skills
