CyberFort Limited is seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Service Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our data centre services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Incident Management: Investigate and resolve technical incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Management: Identify and resolve recurring technical issues to prevent future incidents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a data centre environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
