About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team at Accent Catering Services Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will provide legal support and advice to our directors and other functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and support to our directors and other functions on a range of matters, including contract law, employment law, and data protection.
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance issues to ensure our business remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external bodies and advisors to ensure our business remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure our business remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in legal business matters, including contract law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and non-compliance issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to a non-legal audience.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with standards and regulations that may impact our business, including GDPR and other data protection laws.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations that affect our industry.
