Your Role as a Workplace Technology Architect

As a Workplace Technology Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' digital workplace strategies. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements, translating them into innovative and scalable solutions.

  • Lead Customer Engagements: Guide clients through the entire solution lifecycle, from initial strategy discussions to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Design & Architect Solutions: Develop high-level architecture and design documentation for complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry best practices.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the workplace solutions space, including cloud computing, virtualization, collaboration tools, and security.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Build strong relationships with leading technology vendors to leverage their expertise and ensure optimal solution integration.
  • Technical Governance: Provide technical guidance and assurance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet documented requirements and deliver desired outcomes.

Your Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in IT infrastructure design and implementation.

  • Solid foundation in IT infrastructure principles, complemented by extensive experience working with leading technology manufacturers and software vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in both pre-sales and execution phases of projects.
  • Experience collaborating with senior IT management and executives at the C-level.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Knowledge of Microsoft client and server infrastructure, cloud architecture, and the Microsoft 365 suite is highly advantageous. Familiarity with workplace solutions such as desktop and application virtualization, collaboration services, modern management, and identity and access management would be beneficial.
