Lightspeed is a global commerce platform provider to businesses in the hospitality, e-commerce, and retail sectors. As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Outbound Field Account Executives who empower restaurants to simplify and scale their operations through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on coaching of your team to deliver a customer-centric sales experience while showcasing the Lightspeed platform to restaurateurs.
- Spending time in the field with your team to generate interest in Lightspeed through walk-ins and customized outreach.
- Utilizing Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyze conversion rates, and track Account Executive activity metrics.
- Growing your territories by expanding the customer base and building a field sales team.
- Partnering cross-functionally with product, customer success, implementation, and other internal teams.
- Experience in hiring, leading, and coaching a team of account executives.
- Management of a full-cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
- Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
- A passion for being in the field with your team; outbound sales experience is essential.
