About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team at Adecco. As a key member of our client's expanding Telecommunications Company, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Process customer mobile device orders and perform diagnostic checks on devices.
  • Inventory Management: Purchase stock as needed to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Reporting: Generate customer-specific reports using Excel to track sales and customer activity.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist customers with mobile network bills and provide solutions to resolve issues.
  • Quote Generation: Provide quotes to corporate customers for mobile upgrades.
  • Data Entry: Ensure accurate data entry into our client's in-house database.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Data Entry Skills: Accurate data entry skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and undergo on-the-job training.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence: Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
