Websters Rural, a reputable consultancy specializing in agricultural and estate management, is on the lookout for a Senior Estate Operations Manager to enhance their team. This role presents a unique opportunity for a qualified individual to oversee a significant estate client, guide the team, and play a crucial part in the firm's development and achievements.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee a principal estate client, reporting directly to the governing body
  • Deliver advisory services for both ongoing and one-time clients
  • Provide guidance on estate management, agricultural practices, and environmental initiatives
  • Engage in professional tasks if RICS or CAAV certified
  • Customize advisory services based on your expertise and qualifications

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience in rural estate management and consultancy
  • Relevant professional credentials (or a commitment to obtain them)
  • Reside within a reasonable commuting distance or be open to relocation
  • Commit to working from the office at least three days a week
