Role Overview:
This position is pivotal in managing quotations, orders, and providing technical support while ensuring compliance with our ISO standards and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Standards Compliance: Uphold all WB Power Services Ltd ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 policies in daily operations.
  • CRM & ERP Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Protean systems throughout the quotation and order lifecycle.
  • Engineering Coordination: Process additional work orders from Engineers by the next working day, delegating tasks to the remedial team or coordinators as necessary.
  • Quotation Development: Generate and submit quotations in accordance with WB procedures, ensuring alignment with customer-defined SLAs.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to clarify our offerings, follow up on submitted quotations, and resolve daily technical inquiries.
  • Technical Assistance: Offer technical guidance to colleagues involved in quotation preparation, fostering skill enhancement through a coaching approach.
  • Order Management: Oversee incoming orders in line with WBPS protocols, ensuring timely communication of bills of materials to stores and order confirmations to clients.
  • Project Transition: Organize and participate in handover meetings for complex successful quotations, developing and presenting RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for these projects.
  • Timeline Oversight: Ensure adherence to all timelines and criteria, addressing discrepancies according to procedures and reporting them to the Service Sales Director.
  • Supplier Communication: Liaise with suppliers as needed to fulfill project requirements.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities during client meetings.

Detailed Quotations:
Produce comprehensive and precise quotations, gathering all necessary information from site assessments when required.

Continuous Development:
Participate in supplier and internal training sessions as needed to broaden your technical expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, emphasizing customer service.
  • Technical acumen in generator installations, maintenance, or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Protean, or comparable CRM/ERP systems.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
