Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing comprehensive communication strategies and identifying media opportunities to achieve client objectives.
  • Offering strategic advice to clients to support their public relations and broader marketing goals.
  • Crafting and refining press releases, opinion pieces, feature articles, briefing documents, and other communication materials.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with senior journalists, particularly within top-tier media outlets in the cryptocurrency, technology, finance, and mainstream sectors.
  • Overseeing team workflow, delegating tasks to Senior Account Executives and Account Executives.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Staying informed about current trends in public relations and the cryptocurrency landscape, as well as the media environment relevant to clients.
  • Participating in new business development efforts and crafting PR proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations within an agency setting or in journalism.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with the fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Strong motivation and capacity to work independently under pressure.
  • Established media connections with financial, technology, and mainstream press.
  • A keen sense of news and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative flair, strategic mindset, and innovative approach.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Experience in building influential networks and contacts.
  • A willingness to engage with contemporary communication platforms.
  • A genuine interest in fostering relationships with key figures in the crypto, DeFi, and web3 sectors.
