Are you an exceptionally organized and proactive professional with a talent for scheduling and coordination? We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator to become part of our Responsive Maintenance team.

This position is crucial in facilitating the efficient operation of our reactive maintenance appointments for social housing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively organize and oversee daily schedules for a team of operatives, ensuring optimal productivity.
  • Supervise the system for urgent requests, guaranteeing timely attention and quick resolution to meet performance targets.
  • Manage telephone variations, coordinating with the duty surveyor to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
  • Provide outstanding face-to-face service to our clients, upholding high standards of communication and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily objectives, successfully allocating a minimum of 60 new orders each day.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally, you will possess experience as a Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator within the social housing maintenance sector.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
