Fleet Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Mi Talent Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and mentor a team of fleet administrators to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
- Oversee all administration duties, including insurance claims management and asset management.
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the fleet administration team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all elements of loss incurred in a claim are recorded and recovered.
- Administer various systems, including in-house management databases and government portals.
- Ensure compliance with required safety and regulatory standards.
- Collect and analyze fleet performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Sound logistics/transport background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Competitive salary on offer: £40k to 50k basic depending on experience + performance-related pay scheme.
