Business Analyst Opportunity

Senitor Associates is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to enhance our Software Delivery Team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to embark on a career in business analysis. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement for this entry-level position.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Skills in gathering and documenting software requirements
  • Knowledge of software testing processes
  • Familiarity with work management tools like Microsoft DevOps
  • Intermediate skills in Excel

Main Responsibilities

  • Gathering requirements, managing product backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and planning Sprints
  • Crafting User Stories that adhere to the INVEST principles, ensuring clear Acceptance Criteria
  • Documenting business processes and requirements through appropriate modeling techniques
  • Developing and executing manual test scripts to ensure the delivery of functional software
  • Tracking and escalating issues using issue tracking tools as necessary
  • Engaging in Agile meetings to foster team improvement
