About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our Exams Team as an Examination Support Assistant. As an Examination Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations at Mascalls Academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Examinations: Ensure that examinations are conducted in a calm and secure environment, adhering to guidelines and regulations.
  • Set Up Examination Rooms: Assist in setting up examination rooms as determined by the Cover and Exams Manager.
  • Candidate Support: Be aware of candidates' needs during examinations and provide necessary support.
  • Security and Confidentiality: Maintain the security and confidentiality of examination materials and procedures.
  • Record Attendance: Record attendance on the attendance register.
  • Answer Script Management: Collect, sort, and supervise answer scripts as required.
  • Highlight Concerns: Highlight any concerns or issues to the Cover and Exams Manager.
  • Additional Duties: Assist in other activities as may reasonably be requested by the Centre from time to time.
